5Dynamics Assessment

The 5Dynamics tool is a very easy to use 3 minute assessment that you take on-line. The tool actually assesses how you are physiologically wired to process information and tasks. For the same reason that you and I will see different things in one of those magic pictures, you and I will also process information and have different preferences for how we like to learn, engage, collaborate and get things done.

The 5Dynamics Tool is a great resource to determine how you are wired (it is NOT about competence, but rather physiological energetic preferences), and what the best use of your energy is in getting things done and collaborating with others. This is a great tool for individual awareness as well as fantastic for teaming, project management, matching people with the right roles and much more.

To get the most out of your investment and to ensure that you integrate the learning to support your energy and leadership, I offer 2 additional follow up session packages as well. The Masters Package also includes a one hour Full Body Presence Leadership Session to identify what the impact of your physical presence is on your leadership, help you get present in your body, ground, be fully aware in the moment and use your physical presence to support you in your work.

Basic Package: Assessment with a 60 minute Personal Debrief Session. This is great if you just want to take the test, learn about your profile, create  deeper insight into your leadership style, your effectiveness and your impact, and learn why others may perceive you a certain way and what to do about that. We'll also discuss how you can work with any challenges that may be coming up for you due to your profile vs. your actual role and your team. We will create an action plan in this session to support you in moving forward. NOTE: With all packages, you will receive 3 months of on-line weekly accountability tracking to help you stay focused with the goals you've set. PURCHASE NOW: $497

Advanced Package:Assessment with 60 minute debrief session and 2 additional 45 minute follow up sessions to be used within 45 days. This is a good choice if you want to do the above AND deepen your learning in application, have follow up and accountability for how you integrate these findings into your life, and use the findings to support you even more in your relationships with others. This will also provide more space for real time application and "problem solving." PURCHASE NOW: $997

Masters Package: Assessment with 60 minute debrief session, Full Body Presence Leadership Session (1 hour), and 3 additional 45 minute follow up sessions to be used within 60 days. This is a great route if you want all of the above from Options 1 and 2 AND you want to take it to an even deeper level in bringing your physical presence into the mix. How we show up physically has an automatic impact on our energy, state of mind and influence on others. What's yours? This package will address "Full Body Leadership" (FBL) as well as Energy Management. If you go this route, you will be given additional pre-work for your Full Body Leadership Session. FBL is F-U-N! When you purchase the 5Dynamics Assessment, you will have a one year license to access it on-line and use the on-line coaching tools. Any additional private coaching/consulting sessions with me, outside of your initial package, will be billed separately.

To get started:
Once you have purchased your assessment you will be contacted with a user name and access code within 2 business days, as well as to schedule your Debrief and Integration Coaching Session(s) with me.

When you take the assessment on-line, you will automatically receive a printed report on your energetic profile and preferences with recommendations for how to move forward. Then you and I will get together (by phone), for a one hour coaching session, to further debrief your results and discuss integration and application. This will support you in leading your energy and stamina in leadership as well as learn how to better collaborate and communicate with others.
