BLR Subscription

Beginning in April 2010! A new subscription program to support you in your learning, development AND implementation – in a cost effective and convenient manner.

Each month, boot/talk provides a light tip for very quick reading and food for thought. This is part of my complimentary subscription service – all you have to do to receive this is "opt-in" on the box on the right side of this page with your name and email address. Simple, done, enjoy the tips.

AND…For those of you who want a bit more, but don’t want to enroll in a larger program right now, we’ve designed something in between. With the Bootist Leadership Review Subscription, members will have a deeper level of accountability and engagement with the subject matter to make it real in their lives. And for an incredibly reasonable investment.

There are 2 levels of this subscription, depending on HOW much you want to engage with the material and if you’d like accountability and access to live support:

Level 1: Basic Training

Every month you will receive the following:

  • The boot/talk tip(s)
  • An extended BLR Article on the topic downloadable in PDF format for you convenience. This article will also be recorded for download to your mp3 player so you can listen at your convenience (or while exercising or driving!)
  • "Boots on the Ground" Action Plan – simple steps to implement the topic into your life and make it real
  • I’ll recommend books and/or resources to support your learning for further development and exploration.

Level 2: Advanced & Live Support

Every month you will receive everything in level one, plus access to more interactive training and support on the topic, including:

  • Access to participate in an informal and fun monthly live call for discussion and Q&A on that month’s topic. This call will be recorded and transcribed so that you can access it again and again, and also for those who can’t attend. I’ll leave time during each call for live coaching or support for those who show up.
  • To provide an additional level of self-accountability and support, you’ll receive a weekly short audio (~2-4 minutes) and accountability tracker in your in-box. You can do whatever you want with these – I’ve seen people create fantastic results out of using these alone!
