DTE Power Pack Personal & Leadership Development Program
What it is: The DTE Power Pack Program is a personal and leadership development program that has been designed to be done individually, with teams, for full departments, or for the organization as a whole. It is offered on the premise that everyone has the opportunity to be a leader, if they choose, and that leadership requires authenticity, emotional intelligence, personal awareness, positive energy, commitment, and skill. It is a combination of best practices and core principles that have been proven to support individuals in their own personal development as well as their leadership effectiveness. While many programs focus on traditional leadership in training, this program addresses the whole person so that they can increase their own personal awareness and fulfillment, increase congruency and trust, and bring their best self to the table.
How it’s done: The program includes 12 modules (sample topics below), delivered on a monthly basis, which consist of an implementation guide, quick card reference tools, training audios, transcripts of recordings, weekly focus journals and audios, and optional live group calls for support. It can be done in a self-paced manner, facilitated by DTE, or DTE can train people in your organizations as coordinators and serve as counsel, provide continuing education, and even do special events with the group if desired. The program is provided in a per person investment or can be licensed for the organization for larger participation.
What it teaches: Some topics include: Your Personal Leadership Foundation, Creating Intended Outcomes and Impact, Giving and Receiving Productive Feedback, Putting Your "Boots" on in Leadership (having the courage to lead and be authentic), Energy Leadership For Optimal Impact, Using Beliefs in Leadership (Effectively), Visioning and Walking Your Congruent Path, Creating Joy, Connection and Engagement in Your Organization, Goal Setting and Implementation, Optimizing Your Leaders’ Presence, and more.
