Private Coaching

Generally geared towards both established and aspiring leaders in organizations and small businesses, Executive Coaching tends to focus coaching towards work related issues. Inspiring people, giving and receiving productive feedback, direction, communication, authentic leadership, creating intentional impact and employee engagement are some of the things that we may work on. If you are a small business, it is also common for us to work on establishing a plan and reaching your goals for the business.

 If you’re more interested in Personal Coaching, addressing things of a more personal nature, whether it be strengthening a relationship, losing 30 pounds, creating more boundaries and structure in your life, or meeting that goal that's been on the shelf for 5 years, personal coaching will help you find your dares and step into them, in a way that is beautifully authentically you.

Due to the nature of Dare to Engage, Inc. and the Bootist Leadership Model personal coaching is often integrated into executive coaching as needed, because the two are fundamentally connected and most times we find that one area significantly impacts the other (even if in stealthy ways!)This holistic approach allows us to create even better results in your business, life, and leadership.

Programs are offered in 3 formats: Intensive 7 month Programs, Booster 90 Day Programs, and Strategy Sessions. We’ll match you with the right program based on your needs, desired outcomes, budget, and availability.

You can either fill it out on line and it will come directly to me, or you can print out the PDF and fax or email it back to me before our consult.
