Basic Package:
- Assessment
- 45 minute Personal Debrief Session
This is great if you just want to take the test, learn about your profile, create deeper insight into your leadership style, your effectiveness and your impact, and learn why others may perceive you a certain way and what to do about that. We'll also discuss how you can work with any challenges that may be coming up for you due to your profile vs. your actual role and your team. We will create an action plan in this session to support you in moving forward. NOTE: With all packages, you will receive 1 month of on-line weekly accountability tracking and audios to help you stay focused with the goals you've set.
Advanced Package:
- Assessment
- 45 minute debrief session
- 1 additional 60 minute follow up sessions (to be used within 30 days after assessment)
This is a good choice if you want to do the above AND deepen your learning in application, have follow up and accountability for how you integrate these findings into your life, and use the findings to support you even more in your relationships with others. This will also provide more space for real time application and "problem solving. (This package gives you 2 month of on-line weekly accountability tracking and audios to maintain focus.)
Masters Package:
- Assessment
- 45 minute debrief session
- Full Body Presence Leadership Session (1 hour)
- 2 additional 30 minute follow up sessions (to be used within 60 days of assessment)
This is a great route if you want all of the above from Options 1 and 2 AND you want to take it to an even deeper level in bringing your physical presence into the mix. How we show up physically has an automatic impact on our energy, state of mind and influence on others. What's yours? This package will address "Full Body Leadership" (FBL) as well as Energy Management. If you go this route, you will be given additional pre-work for your Full Body Leadership Session. FBL is F-U-N! And it's amazing what it can do for your energy and impact! (3 months of on-line audios and tracking.)
When you purchase the 5 Dynamics Assessment, you will have a one year license to access it on-line and use the on-line coaching tools. Any additional private coaching/consulting sessions with me, outside of your initial package, will be billed separately.
Getting Started
Once you have purchased your assessment you will be contacted with a username and access code within 2 business days, as well as to schedule your Debrief and Integration Coaching Session(s) with me.
When you take the assessment online, you will automatically receive a printed report on your energetic profile and preferences with recommendations for how to move forward. Then you and I will get together (by phone), for a one hour coaching session, to further debrief your results and discuss integration and application. This will support you in leading your energy and stamina in leadership as well as learn how to better collaborate and communicate with others.
