What does it mean to YOU personally to be a HERO in your life? Join us in the new DTE Hero's Circle, a Membership Circle open to individuals committed to making a difference in their lives, organizations and relationships.

The DTE Hero's Circle is about being in Action, being Helfpul, Engaged, Real, and Open to challenges. This is for you if you value authenticity, aspire to be your best hero in life and leadership, and just want an extra place to engage in the discussion with like minded people.

We believe that a Hero holds, and aspires to, the following qualities:

Optimistic and Open to challenge and service.

This is a membership program, with the intention of supporting you in becoming a stronger, more authentic and engaged hero in your life - in whatever way that means for you. You must be a member to participate on the DTE Topic Calls, on the Forum and in the Coaching Call in days.

Not just a program, a mindset...My vision for the DTE Hero's Circle is that it is full of individuals who want to Dare to Engage and create positive impact in their lives and organizations. You will have access to tools, resources and topic calls that will help you to do so. This is a great starting point program for those who don't want to spend a lot of time in coaching or on calls, but still want to engage in a structure that will support them and provide additional training and accountability. When you join, please realize that this is not just a program, it is a mindset. Signing up for the Hero's Circle means that you are putting a personal stake in the ground for being a stronger leader, and even hero (gasp!), in your life.

A good price, with an intention...I have very intentionally designed the price for this program. I've made it enough that it demonstrates a thoughtful commitment from you every month, yet it is not overwhelming. This way, anyone can join if they truly want to, and have access to these types of programs, regardless of position, status or financial resources. (When you join, your first month will be slightly higher to cover materials and administration fees.) The DARE is to stay fully engaged throughout the month with this program, to participate in the forums, come to the events and do the work! If you do this, you can get a lot out of your investment! This is my hope for members of the DTE Hero's Circle.

What do you get? How does it work?

Participants will be a member of the Dare to Engage Community where they will have access to on-line resources, tools, a forum and monthly Topic Calls. They will also have access to "laser coaching" days once a month for a bit of personalized coaching when they need it. The Hero's Circle is a great way to connect with fellow DareToEngagers and engage the model without diving into a more intensive and comprehensive program. Using the tools and resources and participating on the calls, will enable you to engage at a deeper level, apply your learning and move into productive action.

• Membership in Dare to Engage Community
  Membership in the community includes on-line access to DTE Forum, networking opportunities, discussion topics and board, access to on-line resources and special discounts on products and programs.

• DTE Engagement Field Guide & Workbook (Toolkit Parts I AND II!)
  A self starter guide to helping you move through the DTE Model in a way that works for you. This self-paced workbook can be used in collaboration with Topic Call discussions.

• Participation in monthly DTE Topic Calls and Hero Bonus Topic Calls
  These calls are designed to give you more information and rich discussion on areas of the DTE Model and how they apply to your life and can support you in creating the life and leadership you want, being authentically you, taking bigger risks and blowing the lid off your life. Examples of topic calls are: Life "Balance" vs. Full Engagement, Leading Your Energy for Greater Stamina and Personal Sustainability, Engaging Your "Hunger" to find your Compelling Purpose, Giving (and Receiving) Engaging Feedback, Stepping out of Comfort Zones and into Your Own Personal Dares, Creating Deeper Engagement & Connection in Your Relationships, The PowerDare: Engaging Challenge Like Never Before.The calls are recorded and transcribed, so if you miss one, or want to listen to one again, you can!

• Monthly Open Call in Day for "Spot Coaching" aka "Laser Coaching" (10 minute sessions)
  Monthly Open Call in Day for "Spot Coaching" aka "Laser Coaching" (10 minute sessions): A place where powerful action oriented shifts can take place. You call in on the designated date, with something you want spot coaching on. We'll spend 10 minutes diving in and helping you move to the next step, whatever that may be for you. These calls are short, but can be very productive when we stay focused and you come to the call with an agenda!

• Weekly Focus Journals & Audio Coaching Minute
  Every week you will receive an on-line Weekly Focus Journal along with an audio "Coaching Minute" designed to help you stay focused and accountable to your goals. When you submit your journal (it's VERY easy), both you and I will recieve a copy. This helps me stay connected to you and what you're working on as well as gives you a structure and a record of what you've accomplished and what you plan to accomplish!

The DTE Hero's Circle is a Membership Program. You can be a member for as long as you wish. I ask that if you decide to engage at the Hero's Circle level, you give yourself a minimum of 3 months to get into the circle, use the tools and resources and participate on the calls. This ensures that you have ample time to apply the materials, get support, let things stick, and experience greater benefits.
