Dare To Engage Programs
The DTE Programs all use the DTE Model as the foundation for creating stronger leadership, greater personal sustainability and full engagement – in business and in life. Each program will have coaching and training around the core principals of Daring to Engage. Some of the intended outcomes of the DTE Programs are listed below. The more intensive the program, and the deeper the level of engagement and focus on the participants end, the more focused the results will be. Each program, at each level, is intended to give participants tools and resources to help them create the kinds of results they want for themselves. The higher the level the program, the more personal attention, coaching and support the individual will have.
The heart of intended outcomes for clients of the DTE Programs is that they choose to lead and engage in their lives and with their people. That they find the courage and compelling reasons to step out of comfort zones to create the connection, lives, impact and results they want. That they feel challenged and inspired to lead like a hero in their business, in their lives and for themselves in a way that is authentic and powerful for them. That they have the tools to be more effective and daring WHILE taking great care of themselves as well for sustainability. And that they create more energy, stamina and support in their lives in order to engage their dares again and again.

*You get what you put into these programs. Results will vary based upon your specific goals and desired results. You may choose to focus more on two or three key areas, or you may choose to focus on the whole model. Part of the gift of this program is that it encourages and honors you to be authentic in where you are in your leadership journey, and to address the goals that you want to. Dare To Engage Programs for Individuals and Organizations
The DTE Elite Engagement Program is a private coaching program customized specifically to you and your needs. After our initial consult and once we have agreed that we are a good fit for each other, we will co-design an arrangement that will best support you. This will include the location and frequency of sessions (usually via telephone), the launch session (anywhere from a couple of hours on the phone to an in person private 2 day retreat), the length of the program, and how we will work together in general.
You will receive a DTE Strategic Engagement Package with pre-work and assessments that will help you learn more about yourself, your strengths and your needs and will help us lay a strong foundation for our work together. Then we really get to work! Throughout your program, we will integrate the core DTE Principals and Model, while it is customized to support you in achieving your results. This program provides the highest level of personal time, customization and interaction.

DTE Executive Engagement Program (DEEP)
(6 Clients per group) – 12 Month Program
A comprehensive and intensive 12 month program that promises to engage clients at a deeper level of leadership, self-care, authenticity and effectiveness. This program is for leaders who are ready to go deeper, increase engagement and effectiveness and create a stronger impact in their lives and organizations, WHILE taking great care of themselves, being authentic and creating greater internal and external peace. This is not just about leadership in the organization, this is about being an engaged leader, at work and at home (in your life, with your spouse, etc.), and creating a responsive, peaceful environment and culture.
Clients will be challenged to increase their awareness; identifying their purpose, vision, values and motivators, while also identifying strengths, their authentic leadership style, their blind spots, and the impact that goes with all of these. They will be challenged to inspire greater engagement from those around them, and to lead with heart and soul, creating greater peace and authenticity in their leadership, while creating realistic and actionable plans to optimize their results. Clients will learn to even more effectively step out of their comfort zones in service of their big agenda, and inspire others to do the same, in a way that motivates and creates trust and responsiveness vs. resistance. Finally, clients will be challenged to achieve their outcomes, while practicing extreme self-care, by doing it "their way" (while still collaborating), authentically and peacefully.
With a close group of 6 working together for the twelve months, including Master Mind Circles, a Fall Retreat, Private Coaching with me and access to a Private Executive Engagement Forum, clients will experience life changing shifts, connections and action that will follow them for years. Corporate Sponsored Coaching & Training Programs (Larger Groups)
This program provides a comprehensive and holistic approach to working the DTE Model with participants. With the ability to accommodate up to 50 participants, these programs are customized to address the organization’s culture, as well as the needs of the employees. The program holds the DTE Principals at its core and is offered in a variety of formats, depending on the organization’s needs. Common methods of engagement in the program include: a group kick-off session or workshop (on-site), group training, group coaching, master minds, learning labs and topic calls (via phone), and access to a private on-line forum for participants integrated with some form of private coaching for each individual.
Each participant has full access to all activities as well as receives valuable tools and resources throughout the program to support him/her on their path. With a community container to “play” and engage in, participants will learn from each other and gain support in working the model and engaging each other. The format and style of the program create systems and an environment that makes the group work sustainable even after the program is complete.

The 7 Week Dare Intensive: 7 Weeks of Action, a Lifetime of Impact...
Engaging Personal Sustainability, Presence, and People for Stronger Leadership and Results!
Devoted to helping participants dive in and fully engage in their self-care, presence and leadership effectiveness for 7 weeks, this program is a vigorous jump start for clearing the decks, managing energy effectively and creating stronger leadership and results.
Provided in tele-seminar format with a combination of group calls, private coaching, an on-line training forum and interactive tools and resources, this program gives participants a comprehensive way to engage in their lives and establish a stronger foundation of personal sustainability and presence so they can more easily create the desired results in their lives.
This is an open enrollment program, open to the public, and can also be customized to fit the needs of your organization should you want to sponsor your own 7 Week Dare.

DTE Strategic Engagement Boost:
A Quick & Intensive Jumpstart Program
This jumpstart program is devoted to cutting to the chase and helping you literally get a "jumpstart" on your life and leadership, creating the results you want. For years I've gotten feedback that the two hour strategy sessions I do with clients, at the beginning of our coaching relationship, are "rocket launchers", boosters, jumpstarts, rechargers, and often big time "wake up calls." These sessions are FUN, intense and a great way to kickoff when someone has decided they really want to make some changes or get that extra edge.
I offer these session packages to people who are ready to engage and seriously, joyfully and powerfully, want to dive in now, and really just want a jumpstart! This is a great way to do this work if you are not ready to jump into a more intensive coaching program at this point. It is also a great refresher for past clients who are just looking for a check in and extra boost.
Along with the actual session, I've incorporated some additional features to create even more sustainable action and benefits. These include:
