The Why: Why did I create this?

Because I want to see people like you create the results you want, have a positive impact in your life and organization and enjoy the process. And after years of working with groups and individuals, I know that sometimes the biggest roadblock is in creating the space and time to dream and plan, and then having the focus, energy, stamina, and accountability to implemnt. So we’re going to do some infusing.

Most of us know that a goal without Desire, missing a Committed Plan, and absent Sustainable Action… all too often becomes just a really good idea…I see this all the time in my work with clients. I see the joy they experience when they achieve their goals, and I see the disappointment they experience when they get off track. It happens to all of us. Many of you know me and know that I’ve made it my mission to help people lead effectively, creating the results they so badly want, while still taking great care of themselves and being strong leaders at work AND at home.

The Second "What": In what format will we do this?

The Dare To Engage Infusion is a 90-Day Program that kicks off with a ONE DAY Jumpstart Retreat focused on showing you how to unlock your personal code for achieving your desired results in business, life and leadership.

Following the retreat, to ensure that you implement what you learn, I am giving you an additional 90 days of personal follow up coaching and accountability. Your personal 90-day follow-up program includes online “learning labs,” focused group coaching, weekly tracking and even private coaching if you wish.

I’ve integrated the 90-day component because I want you to have the most successful experience possible, and I want you to implement and sustain the changes you commit to in our ONE DAY together. Research shows that with the busy-ness of our lives and competing priorities and responsibilities, it is EASY to get off the path quickly without some kind of support, follow up and accountability. So I’ve built it in.

Finally, I’ve designed two program options to give you exactly the level of engagement and support you want. AND if you bring a colleague or team member with you (which I HIGHLY recommend) you will both receive a 45 minute Private Integration Session. This offer is good for either program. The Third "What": What will we be doing?

1. Visioning & goal setting for your business and life. You’ll identify what your business/personal goals are. Where you’re at, where you want to be, and how you’ll get there. (We’ll also look at what’s working, what’s not, and where you NEED to “dare to engage” to get there. We’ll use the different pillars of the DARE TO ENGAGE Model to identify critical next steps to achieve success.)
   
   
2. Personal sustainability and its impact on YOU as a business leader. You’ll link personal sustainability to leadership, identifying how it’s impacting you - truly. And then you’ll create a true Personal Sustainability Plan that will help you clear the decks to be the most effective and powerful leader you can be. We will tie this DIRECTLY to creating your business results.
   
   
3. Actionable Strategic Engagement Plans integrating the being & doing of effective leadership that creates results. You’ll leave with a Strategic Engagement Plan with concrete action plans (personal and business) to manifest your results. This will integrate the work of the day and the different elements of the DARE TO ENGAGE Model that will most support you in your plans.
   
   
4. Infusion integration support. In the months that follow, as a part of your program, you’ll have access to a variety of methods of engaging with me and this work. Each of these methods are optional and designed to give you as much or as little support as you want to stay on track and realize your highest return on investment and results.
   
   
5. Increased awareness and definition of your “being” as a leader. Throughout our work together we will be increasing your awareness and helping you define who you have to be as a leader in your business and life to create your results.
