IS IT TIME to set yourself up for more success, clearer thinking, greater personal power and personal sustainability? Come to the 7 Week Dare ready to dare yourself and create new habits and ways of being that can serve you for a lifetime. This 7 Week Dare will focus on Daring to Engage in service of getting out of comfort zones, increasing your energy, personal sustainability and presence as a human being AND RISING leader. Doing so will in itself create more energy and vitality in your life AND help you be more effective and clear in your leadership.

DTE Leader’s Circle (DLC) - Open Enrollment

Participants will be a member of the Dare to Engage Community where they will have access to on-line resources, tools, a forum and monthly Topic Calls. They will also have access to "laser coaching" days once a month for a bit of personalized coaching when they need it. The Leader's Circle is a great way to connect with fellow Dare-To-Engagers and engage the model without diving into a more intensive and comprehensive program. Using the tools and resources and participating on the calls, will enable you to engage at a deeper level, apply your learning and move into productive action.

DTE Hero's Journey Elite - By Application/Invitation

Participants will be members in the DTE Community and on-line forums as well as have access to valuable tools and resources to support them on their path. With community calls, group coaching and the forum, participants will learn from each other and gain support in working the model and engaging in their dares. If participants are coming from the same company, they can request to be in the same Master Mind to support and integrate cultural issues that may show up. Each member of this program will also receive their own 5Dynamics Assessment and Profile to support them in collaboration, engagement and productivity. Finally, participants will also benefit from private coaching sessions with me (#TBD based on program and design with me).

DTE Leadership Training and Coaching Program

A comprehensive and intensive 6 month program designed to engage participants at a whole new level of leadership, self-care and effectiveness. This program is for individuals who are hungry to grow, be more effective and create a stronger impact in their lives and organizations. Individuals will be challenged to step out of their comfort zones in service of their biggest agenda and goals, and in service of creating fulfilling results.

This program offers a combination of training, private coaching and group work, as well as additional resources and tools for support. Participants in this program are DTE Graduates of Phase 1 and current new participants in Company I.

This program is not open to the public.
