One of the greatest "sabotagers" of good leadership is a lack of self-awareness. I’d say it’s actually the number one issue that gets in people’s ways. Awareness is the start. If you're going to be as successful as possible, it's good to have an idea of where you're going and a plan of how you're going to get there. What's more, it's important to know where you're REALLY at now …a baseline of sorts.

Want to explore what your leadership mindset is ("boots on?") or your "dare factor"? Or do you want to take a serious look at how you're managing your energy or what your leadership impact is? I’ve created some quick quizzes to help you get started. Of course, none of these are totally all conclusive or comprehensive for that matter, and if you work with me or join one of my programs, we’ll do a ton more, but these WILL get you thinking about things.
