Retreats & Workshops
DTE Workshops and Bootist Leadership Retreats can be customized to fit organizational needs. In these 1-2 day workshops, you will learn Bootist Leadership Model, how to apply it to your life and how to take specific action. These workshops are extremely experiential and provide shared learning, language and vision for all team members.
Shorter workshops can also be offered focusing on a specific part of the model or doing a higher level version of the training (more skimming than diving in, and still lots of value!)
While occasionally we will offer events open to the public, we generally leverage ourselves with a "Boots on the Ground" Sponsorship Approach for hosting retreats and group work. If you have at least 5 people who want on-going group coaching and training sessions, or at least 10 people who want a retreat or workshop, contact me and we’ll make it happen. Basically, you "sponsor" it, gather your colleagues, customers and employees (or whoever), and then we dance! This ensures that the right people are there and that we all save our great energy for getting our boots on and getting good stuff done! Interested? Attached is an invitation to our last Bootist Leadership Retreat. This will give you an idea of what kinds of things we work on at the retreats. If your group or organization has particular themes you are more interested than others, we will modify the content and timeline to address them.
