The Dare To Engage® Living and Leadership Programs are unique, specialized, and offered in a variety of formats to best support the varying needs and challenges of today's clients.

Consisting of coaching, training, self-driven and interactive tools, and subscription learning, each method of engagement is dedicated to helping leaders create the results they desire in their lives and organizations.

What makes these programs especially unique is the commitment to finding the client’s authentic way of addressing leadership issues and the experience of using intuition, energy management, and mindset to support tangible business processes and outcomes. This work is devoted to helping each individual create their most effective resource state so that they can lead well, lead congruently, and feel good doing it.  

We are told, and have witnessed, that the impacts of these programs are far reaching, beyond the individual, as:

  • They create ripple effects in other parts of the individual’s life,
  • They create a pay-it-forward mentality as the client’s new behaviors, mindset and skills impact others and the learning is shared (it’s contagious learning),
  • New behaviors and attitudes are modeled, giving peers and direct reports new energy and new perspectives in their interactions,
  • With a new sense of intention and the awareness of the impact of energy in the organization, teams become more deliberate and focused on "helping things go right", together,
  • The return on investment for this work actually increases exponentially over the years.

This kind of work is not a "one time and done" deal –or something to do as a "flavor of the month" or "quick fix" (although results can be incredibly rapid.) if the client embraces it and puts it to use, the results will expand and build upon themselves for years to come. We tend to keep in touch with our clients for years and love getting updates of what’s transpired since we first met them! It’s often pretty great!
